I’m sitting in a comfy chair, surrounded by the usual pre-departure chaos. The difference this time is that we’re already at the campsite, which has complicated things a bit, but at least we managed to get a swim in and catch a nice sunset (up in the mountains, we’re missing that a little…).
The number 3 keeps ringing in my head: our first “long” trip after almost 3 years of pause, triple the stuff to pack, 3 means of transport (2 bikes and a trailer) and, of course, 3 people traveling!
For the math lovers out there, the numbers don’t add up… how is it that adding just one person triples the amount of stuff to carry? A problem only AI might be able to solve, perhaps…
Anyway, enough rambling — tomorrow morning we set off on our tour of Istria. Nora is already excited for the adventure, and so are we, though just as nervous… 😀Let’s go!
Ritorno al futuro 3
Sono seduto su una comoda sedia, circondato dal solito casino “pre-partenza”. La differenza dal solito è che siamo già in campeggio, il che ha complicato un po’ tutto, ma almeno ci siamo fatti un bagno e visto un bel tramonto (lassù sui monti, un po’ mancano…).
Il numero 3 mi risuona in testa: il primo viaggio “lungo” dopo quasi 3 anni di stop, il triplo della roba da portare, 3 mezzi di trasporto (2 bici e un carrellino) e, ovviamente, 3 persone in viaggio!
Per gli amanti della matematica, i conti non tornano… come mai aggiungendo una sola persona la roba da portare triplica? Un problema che forse solo l’AI potrà risolvere… Ciancio alle bande, domattina si parte per il giro dell’Istria. Nora è già emozionata per l’avventura, noi anche, ma altrettanto preoccupati… 😀
